I am interested in the Empathy Foundation because
I Love the idea and I see it as a very healing emotion - I am very interested in suicide prevention. So I see that it is key to healing the suicidal mind.

Thank You - Lovely to have found you

Mary, It's my great pleasure to welcome you here. Lovely to have found you too. We are not as active here as I would like yet there is quite a collection of interesting material. So much is happening around the world in relation to empathy taht it gives me great hope. Another resource that I haven't posted about yet is the work of Dr Dan Siegel  - one of his books is called Mindsight, though he has written many.  Do you know it? I can't recommend it too highly and will post about it soon.

Also don't miss our homegrown "empathy master teacher" in Australia - Robin Grille. A lot about his work is on this site and not to be missed.

We'd love to know more about you and your discoveries about empathy, and the suicidal mind. It would be so interesting ito relate Siegel's Mindsight concept to the suicidal mind.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.

warm regards, Alice
